Amy Duchene | Kids’ Programs Specialty Coach
LilBeasts, Inc. and CrossFit 915 East
Amy and her husband Marc own CrossFit 915 in El Paso, Texas. They also have their own kid’s fitness company, CuzImABeast, that offers informational articles, WODs, coaching videos, and cartoon learning aids for CrossFit Kids programs. Amy helps Affiliates build their kid’s fitness programs.

Rusty Bruner | Corporate Accounts Specialty Coach
Rusty was originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and recently moved up to Washington with his wife. He spent 3 years as the Global General Manager of Corporate Operations at NorCal CrossFit before his move up North.
His experience running CrossFit programs ranges from companies as small as 50 employees to a global company with over 40k employees and 13 CrossFit gyms.

Lindsey Marcelli owns CrossFit Eminence with her husband, Kris. After college, Lindsey served in the Army and found CrossFit while deployed from 2007-2008. She planned her own Level 1 Seminar at her post, and fell in love with event planning.
“After seeing how CrossFit changed my life, I wanted to share the same experience with my community, so I opened a gym. I have successfully coordinated everything from 150+ Platoon missions in Iraq, a Battalion redeployment, 7 local competitions with 100+ athletes, and 35+ different seminars and certifications.”

Brian Strump – Healthcare Partnerships Specialty Coach

Brian graduated from Logan Chiropractic College in 2003, and always had an interest in biomechanics and working with an athletic population. Eight years ago, he moved to Charlotte, NC and opened an office in a globo gym; all the while doing CrossFit at a local affiliate. After 4 years of practice in the globo gym, he decided to move closer to his home in Charlotte, and create a facility that would have his doctors office, and a CrossFit affiliate under one roof. In 2010, he opened CrossFit Steele Creek, and Premier Health and Rehab Solutions. The goal in opening an affiliate was to give patients a way to get stronger and move better under the supervision of coaches, as well is offering another avenue to patients to help with their overall health and fitness. This combination has lead to many other opportunities including writing articles in Muscle & Fitness and The Box Magazine, as well as being asked to be the team chiropractor for the Olympic Lifting team, Muscle Driver USA.

Richard Borgatti | Ninja Warrior/Obstacle Course Program-Building Specialty Coach
Mountain Strength CrossFit
Rich Borgatti owns and runs Mountain Strength CrossFit, which contains an Obstacle Course Race training center, in Winchester, Ma. Rich first discovered CrossFit in 2006 but found the workouts and online presence to be a bit intimidating. It was a full two years before he tried a class at CrossFit Boston. He loved the class, and it started to fix the problems caused by his computer job.
Today, he’s a certified Crossfit Endurance, Spartan Group X coach, and level 2 MovNat coach. He loves teaching people how to run, jump, climb, crawl, how to throw a spear, and how to tackle hard off road terrain and obstacles. He can build an Obstacle Course Training program with any box.

Nutrition Specialist
Laura is a Certified Nutrition Consultant and a Certified CrossFit Trainer. She works for CrossFit HQ, and as a head coach at NorCal CrossFit. Laura has dedicated her life to teaching that nutrition is the foundation for health, wellness, and quality of life and that without daily functional movement, we lose our ability to thrive.
“I LOVE to eat and fuel my body to live life to the utmost, and I wholeheartedly believe that sustainably sourced, nutrient dense foods can be the greatest form of medicine. Luke Blakely | Startup Recruitment Specialty Coach

Luke Blakely and owns CrossFit Belleville in Ontario, Canada. He opened his box in 2012 in a 2000 sq. ft building with a well-orchestrated Founders’ Club. He launched his pre-opening campaign 12 days before his Grand Opening, and had 63 members registered by opening day.
