The holidays are right around the corner. In the gym business, things are about to get crazy.

Every year, I use the month between Thanksgiving (U.S.) and the New Year to really hone in at what my customer experience looks like. How easy is it to navigate my site? What happens when someone calls? What are my 1-2 calls-to-action?

Today’s episode is an audit of that experience. It’s a chance to take a look at it from top to bottom; Awareness to Retention. This is a great chance to solicit feedback from your most trusted members – ask them about using your website, questions they had when they first came in the door, and how was their on-boarding experience?
