What is your Perfect Day?

It’s the first exercise that we do with any new business mentee or Academy student. What time do you wake up? What activities do you take care of in your business? Do you coach? Do you do payroll? Do you clean?

Before we talk about getting more athletes and more revenue we always make sure that we’re heading toward that perfect day. Then, we’ll use the perfect day to direct the net revenues required to support that day.

But what about your team? What are you doing to build them toward their perfect day? It’s your responsibility as the leader in your business to help others find their perfect day. Today’s episode is the first step in that direction.

You may not have the revenues to support others’ perfect day just yet, but you will. When you do, you should be prepared with job descriptions, evaluations, and pay rates. It’s the first step toward you and your team’s perfect day.
