  2. Whether established or just starting out, every client can expect the same treatment. We will commit to deadlines and communicate through the process. We will treat your business as if it were our own. If an issue does occur, we will do everything possible to quickly resolve it.
  3. We will do our best to never assume. If we are unsure of something, we will always ask you for clarification.
  4. You will never struggle to reach 321GoProject staff for help or answers to questions. We will always respond within a timely manner to your questions. If you have a pressing issue, (e.g. your website is down), we will make your issue a top priority.
  5. We will never bill you for more than you expect. If the scope of the project does change, we will always communicate first and gain your agreement before any project cost is adjusted.
  6. We will always be ethical in our decisions and will never compromise or take shortcuts.
